The Resident Manager will be the day-to-day leader of the lodge’s operations, ensuring an

exceptional guest experience while maintaining the lodge and commitment to sustainability and local community engagement. This individual will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, nature conservation, and working in a remote environment.

Requirements:

Professional in Hotel Administration with strong administration, human resources management, bookkeeping, guest service, daily hotel operations and organizational skills. 

Proven experience in similar positions in high quality Hotels

Strong skills in Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc). 

Essential like remote living experience.

Experience, knowledge and ability to plan, organize and direct the operation and administration of the Hotel with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, to ensure its growth and sustainability. Must be able to work under pressure and give excellent attention to numerous details.

Fluent Spanish//English.

Experience in process standardization, purchases, managing general departments cost controls and timing processes.

Desirable experience participating in our leading hotel infrastructure remodeling or growth projects.

Desirable Qualities:

Additional foreign language fluency

Passion and proven experience with Sustainable Tourism and/or Environmental Conservation.
