Customer support intern (Pasantía).
The primary duties include:
Provide support to clients prior to, during, and after their vacation via phone, email, Facebook, and Whatsapp.
Assist clients with requests for itinerary changes (additions, changes, and cancellations).
Deliver to clients the different concierge services that the department has to offer (restaurant and spa reservations, tour additions, tracking of lost items, or any special request); as well as provide assistance to client’s issues and concerns based on the company’s policies coordinate its resolution (Namu Guarantee).
Studying a Degree in Tourism, Client Services, or English is preferred.
Advanced written and spoken English (C1).
Computer skills (Excel).
