Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a tourism or related Bachelor's degree program.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Fluent in English with a C1 proficiency level (speaking, reading, and writing).
Knowledge of the Costa Rican Tourism Industry is a plus.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

Engage clients via telephone and email, providing exceptional travel advice.
Create customized vacation quotes and guide clients through the booking process.
Develop marketing qualification strategies to identify potential clients.
Efficiently identify and qualify potential clients.
Provide support to clients via Live Chat across our company websites.
Craft effective communications and messages to increase brand interaction through various platforms, including telephone, email, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
